My favorite area of law to practice in is Adoption. I have had the opportunity to unite over 200 children with their forever families. Whether you are a step-parent, foster parent, military family on the move, or a person or family who loves an individual so much you need to make them a part of you family not just in your heart but through our legal system as well then I would be honored to discuss the process of adoption with you and your family.

Estate Planning

Do you want to avoid Probate? Having your Estate Planning in order can help you and your family when faced with difficult decisions to make in the future when it comes to your finances, health, and death. When I meet with my clients regarding their Estate Planning I review and assess their current situation and future needs. This may involve Wills, Powers of Attorney, Medical Directives, Trusts, Deeds, Living Wills, Guardianships, and Conservatorships. If your loved one has passed away and they did have a Will I can assist with Probate matters as well as Decedent Estates.

Personal Injury

If you or a family member have been involved in an incident resulting in injury or death, it can be difficult to work with the insurance companies to get what your case is really worth. If you believe a medical provider or facility is guilty of medical malpractice then you may need attorney to help you. I work diligently to get my clients the best possible outcome for their injuries.

We all have made bad decisions from time to time and deserve a chance to right our wrongs. An arrest for DWI or any other serious criminal offense is a stressful time in a person’s life, whether involving a misdemeanor or felony charge. Selecting the right defense attorney could determine whether you are subjected to severe punishment such as jail time, substantial fines, a criminal record, and damage to your reputation. For military service members, these consequences could also include punishment through the UCMJ process, and depending on the severity of the alleged crime(s) committed, a potential end to your military career.

Additional Areas of Law:
